Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Senior Health & Safety lead to shape and operate a practical safety program across its data center portfolio in France. You will define standards, run risk assessments, and ensure contractor and partner safety compliance while collaborating with IT, security and operations teams.

In this role you will drive incident investigations, develop leading indicators, and coordinate safety readiness for deployments and changes, enabling safe growth of our dense AI compute

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical health and safety experience in operational or industrial environments.
• Experience implementing safety programs, contractor controls, inspections and investigations.
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and cross-country requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English with stakeholders.
• Available to travel between data center locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety management framework for data centers.
• Translate local safety regulations into site-level plans and evidence.
• Lead risk assessments, inspections and assurance reviews.
• Develop site access, inductions, contractor onboarding and training.
• Lead investigations into incidents and share learning.
