A real estate development firm is seeking a Data Center Development Manager in Paris. You'll manage the full lifecycle of data center projects, working directly for a Data Center Owner/Operator. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience. Must be experienced in site selection and have the ability to manage projects independently. Candidates must be based in Paris or ready to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduation industry experience.
• Current or previous work with data center owners/operators.
• Comfortable managing full cycle from site selection to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Data Center Development.
• Work directly for a Data Center Owner / Operator.
• Independently motivate and manage projects with autonomy.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-graduation industry experience.
• Must currently have worked with or have previously worked with data center owners / operators.
• Must have a track record of working with local authorities and a familiarity with local rules and regulations.
• Must be comfortable managing the full cycle of data center development including site selection and land acquisition, to commissioning, testing, and handover.
• Must currently be based in Paris or across France and willing to relocate to Paris. Those outside of France need to demonstrate that they satisfy the above criteria.

Pay range and compensation package

Negotiable Based On Years of Experience.
