TSMG Holding is seeking a Data Transfer Coordinator to handle electronic devices and operate servers on a daily basis while overseeing data transfer operations within the assigned region and globally as needed.

The role requires experience in hardware operations, data center understanding, and strong Excel skills. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with good communication is essential to liaise with software, hardware, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination domain.
• Min. of 1-2 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting physical hardware.
• Tech savvy knowledge about how to handle data center issues.
• Intermediary in Excel.
• Client Management experience would be a plus.
• Mandatory BGV clearance.

The Data Transfer Coordinator is responsible for handling electronic devices and operating servers daily while overseeing data transfer operations within an assigned region and globally as needed. This includes monitoring physical asset availability, ensuring process compliance, managing inventory via dashboards, and liaising with software, hardware, and logistics teams.
