Airbus SAS in Toulouse is seeking an HR Digital Solutions Data Architect to join our HR Data Planning & Reporting Department. You will design and implement robust data infrastructures for 130,000 employees worldwide, shaping how HR information is accessed and used.

You will drive data governance, security, and quality, explore cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI and AI agents, and collaborate with global archiects to harmonize practices while delivering scalable, compliant data

Qualifications

• Background in computer science and data engineering with at least 5 years of experience in data architecture.
• Mastery of ETL, data visualization tools, cloud platforms, and data transformation solutions.
• Experience with HRIS environments and infrastructure such as Workday, Cornerstone, SAP.
• Ability to federate stakeholders across a multicultural organization and communicate clearly in English.
