Job summary

Keoni Consulting is seeking a Security-Cybersecurity Expert to manage information security governance within outsourced services. You will strengthen security policies, risk management, and incident response capabilities across infrastructure, networks, and Microsoft 365 environments.

You will work with technical teams and business stakeholders to report risks, implement ISMS controls, and drive continuous improvement, including security awareness and crisis exercises.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in cybersecurity, information systems security, computer science, networks, or equivalent.
• Proven experience securing IT environments, managing vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Fluency in French; technical English required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk analyses, security audits, and remediation plans.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, CVE alerts, ANSSI recommendations, and emerging threats.
• Manage security maintenance of infrastructure, systems, networks, and Microsoft 365 security.
• Define and administer EDR/MDR, IAM/PAM/MFA, privileged account policies, and logging rules.
• Oversee centralization and use of logs in SIEM/Syslog tools and monitor alert processing.
• Define containment, eradication, remediation, and recovery measures in case of an incident.
• Develop and maintain ISSP, security action plan, IT charter, and procedures.
• Prepare indicators, dashboards, and security committee reports; report risks and actions.
