Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a technical professional to drive identity and access management (IAM) initiatives within an agile environment. You will sponsor backlog refinement, write user stories, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external providers, monitor incidents, support deployments, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation efforts across the platform.

Qualifications

• IAM and PAM processes knowledge essential.
• Solid Agile practices: backlog, stories, prioritization and planning.
• Experience in operational application monitoring and incident handling.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Comfortable communicating with business and tech stakeholders.

• BUILD management: Collect, analyze and challenge business requirements

• Write and track User Stories in collaboration with technical teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and increment planning sessions
• Coordinate various contributors to ensure progress on topics
• Lead continuous improvement actions and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes
• Proficiency in Agile practices: backlog management, User Stories, prioritization, planning
• Experience in operational application monitoring and incident management
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external providers
• Comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders
