Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse, France seeks a Cyber Security Service Manager to lead SOC service delivery, triage security life-cycle activities, and coordinate incident response for a global cyber defense program.

You will manage SLA/OLA, KPI reporting, cost allocation, and drive security tooling modernization while collaborating with an international team. Fluency in French and English is required, with security clearance eligibility expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cyber security.
• GIAC or comparable certifications.
• Vendor certifications on security products.
• ITIL Foundation and beyond.
• Service management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience and knowledge in security tooling and usage.
• Able to work in difficult and challenging environments.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define the Service and Product Lines descriptions, the SLA, OLA contracts and KPIs with the product manager.
• Monitor reports and manage the fulfilment of the SLAs.
• Manage mitigation actions in case of non-fulfilment with the product manager.
• Manage maintenance cost allocation with the business.
• Define corrective actions to meet objectives and lead the operational teams.
• Ensure services are delivered per customer requirements and exceed expectations.
• Manage SOC Operational KPIs, evolution and enhancements.
• Support cyber security strategy development.
• Support investigation of SOC alerts and security incidents.
• Support incident response in crisis mode.
• Contribute to the industrialization of Tooling (Log Management, EDR, SOAR).

Job Description

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Cyber Security Service Manager (M/F) to join our international team in Toulouse, France. As part of the team, you will contribute to support managing the entire life-cycle of security incidents and Security Operation Center (SOC) Service delivery and be responsible for technically managing and fully triaging the security life-cycle management of our SOC with processes, detection, availability and performance. Your challenges

• Define the Service and Product Lines descriptions, the SLA, OLA contracts and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the product manager
• Monitor reports and manages the fulfilment of the SLAs
• Manage actions for mitigation in case of non-fulfilment in agreement with the product manager
• Manage the maintenance cost allocation together with the business
• Define the required corrective actions to be led to meet the objectives and drives the associated operational teams
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations
• Manage SOC Operational KPI's, Evolution & Enhancements
• Support cyber security strategy development
• Support Investigation of SOC alerts and security incidents
• Support incident response in crisis mode
• Contribute to the industrialization of Tooling (Log Management, EDR, SOAR, ...), Network analysis, Host analysis, Detection, ...

Your profile

• Min 5 years of professional experience in Cyber security
• Certifications of GIAC or comparable
• Vendor certification on products
• ITIL Foundation and beyond
• Service Management experience
• Project Management experience
• Experience and knowledge in security tooling and usage
• Experienced in working of difficult and challenging environments
• Good communication skills
• Remote working in an international team
• Team collaboration
• Fluent in French and in English.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
