HCL Technologies Limited in Paris is seeking an IAM & Cybersecurity Engineer to deliver, operate and enhance IAM/PAM and security solutions in a hybrid client environment.

The role focuses on secure access, identity governance and operational security support, with strong emphasis on collaboration across security, infrastructure and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IAM, PAM or cybersecurity environments.
• Knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle and access control principles.
• Experience with incident, request and change management processes.
• Good knowledge of security best practices and operational controls.
• Ability to analyze access or security issues.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Role Overview

The IAM & Cybersecurity Engineer provides technical expertise in identity, access management and security platforms. The role focuses on secure access, privileged access management, identity governance and operational security support.
