Sanofi seeks a CX Strategic Design & Research Lead within the Manufacturing & Supply Accelerator to drive end-to-end experience strategy and digital solutions for globally distributed staff. You will lead CX initiatives, shape ecosystems, and align with product roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role demands user-centered design expertise, design thinking, and strong leadership to deliver scalable, data-driven experiences across the M&S ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey recommendations.
• Strategic CX planning aligned with product roadmap and business priorities.
• Deep business acumen to understand value generation and financial impact.
• Digital product management with Agile, CX, and product owner collaboration.
• Knowledge of CX measurement frameworks for qualitative and quantitative assessment.
• International experience and sensitivity to global teams and markets.
• High EQ to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven CX strategy experience for Manufacturing & Supply environments.
• Experience conceptualizing data-heavy interactions and workflow optimization.

Responsabilités

• Deliver CX Strategy across digital products using research insights and measurement frameworks.
• Ensure CX Strategy milestones are met and processes are efficient.
• Collaborate with product teams, leadership, and stakeholders to align CX with business goals.
• Lead and mentor CX Strategy teams and contractors to deliver priorities on time.
• Advocate for CX within Digital and partner organizations across Global Business Units.
