Assist French-speaking customers with friendly, solution-oriented support.
Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and chat.
Offer information, guidance, and troubleshooting in a clear and professional manner.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Native French speaker (Metropolitan accent preferred).
Solid command of English (B2).
Must hold EU citizenship or a Portuguese Residence Card.
Ready to move to Lisbon and start soon.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
