What you’ll do:
  • Onboarding: Guide new clients through a seamless 4‑week onboarding process, ensuring they are fully set up and confident with our system.
  • Support: Be the first point of contact for hoteliers, handling their questions and resolving issues efficiently via email, chat, and phone.
  • Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Additional Responsibilities: There will be opportunities for on‑site client visits and assisting with the design and delivery of training sessions.
Who you are:

Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations (e.g., front desk, reservations) and a solid understanding of systems like PMS, booking channel management, and hotel revenue management.

Skills: You are a natural communicator with strong empathy, patience, and problem‑solving skills. You have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

Languages: You are fluent in French and English.

Location: Remote

You are also willing to travel for on‑site client onboarding in France.
