A growing scale-up in road management technology is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Intern in Paris. This role involves client onboarding, addressing user inquiries, and supporting sales efforts. Vialytics is a fast-growing scale-up transforming road maintenance with AI-powered solutions. Our smartphone-based system helps cities detect road damage and make smarter infrastructure decisions. With 170+ partner municipalities and rapid growth in France, we're looking for a Sales & Customer Success Intern to support our growth journey.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CS team with client onboarding, follow-up, and support.
  • Help resolve user questions and escalate issues to the product team in Germany.
  • Assist the sales team with prospecting, meetings, and presentations.
  • Contribute to internal projects, process improvements, and quarterly OKRs.
  • Support sales & marketing in organizing trade shows, events, and field campaigns.

  • Communicate fluently in French (C2) and confidently in English (B2+) — German is a plus

  • Hold a category B driving license and are available for a 6-month internship (full or part-time)

  1. Kickoff Chat: Friendly virtual chat with Kim (People & Operations Manager), to explore practical aspects and get a feel for our culture and the opportunity.
  2. Showcase Your Skills (45 mins): Meet Hervé, our France Sales Director, and Thibaud, Senior Customer Success Manager, for a session where you will present a practical case to demonstrate your Customer Success skills.
  3. Leadership Chat (15 mins): Meet the VP Sales and Customer Success, conducted in English or German
  4. Team Meet: A chance to meet the team either virtually or in person, based on availability.
