A global consulting firm in Paris is seeking a Customer Success Performance Project Manager Intern. You will support the international Customer Success team with CRM management, project forecasts, and internal activities. Ideal candidates are interested in the retail/luxury industry, possess perfect English skills, and have strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. This internship lasts 6 months and offers a dynamic work environment.

  • Perform regular health checks on CRM data entries.
  • Assist in preparing project forecasts and invoicing process.

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Customer Success Performance Project Manager Intern in our Paris office. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

What you will be doing :

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and support our international Customer Success team with a variety of operational and cross-functional tasks. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • CRM Database Maintenance: Perform regular health checks on CRM data entries, monitor system usage, and contribute to maintaining data quality and consistency. Assist in updating and managing FAQ content to support internal users.
  • Client Management Support: Assist in preparing project Forecasts, support the Invoicing process, and help manage CXG's data visualization platform to ensure accurate and timely access to client insights.
  • Event & Internal Activities Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of internal initiatives and client-facing events, including logistical support and coordination across departments.
  • Training Materials & Content Coordination: Help create and update training documents, and coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate, clear and interactive content.
