🌍 Remote Customer Success Manager Full-time | Remote Shape the Future of the Real Estate Market with Us

Your Mission

You will play a key support role for our Customer Success and Sales teams by building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner real estate agents. Acting as a bridge between our customers and the platform, you will ensure their success and help them fully leverage our services.

🔰 Your Responsibilities
Customer Support
  • Onboard new real estate agents and support them in setting up and using the platform
  • Organize and coordinate customer meetings and onboarding sessions
  • Ensure a smooth handover from the Sales team to the Customer Success team
CRM & Administration
  • Manage and keep CRM data up to date (contact details, deals, statuses, follow-ups)
  • Handle administrative follow-ups and commercial documentation
Customer Retention
  • Support customer success by maintaining existing relationships and responding to inquiries
  • Conduct follow-ups and check-ins to increase engagement and platform usage
  • Assist with billing-related questions or basic technical issues
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to address customer feedback and improve service quality
  • Contribute to reporting and process optimization within the Customer Success team

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Confident communicator, both in writing and over the phone
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools (Google Suite, etc.)
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow in a fast-paced start-up environment
💻 Qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Initial professional experience in administrative, customer success, or other customer-facing roles
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus but not required
