A dynamic customer service company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor who speaks French fluently and has B2 English proficiency. The role involves handling customer queries through various channels while providing excellent service. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Portugal, possess an EU passport or Portuguese residency card, and ideally have customer service experience. This full-time role includes relocation support, training, and a performance bonus.

Role Overview:
  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in French
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
  • Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluent/C2 French + B2 English proficiency
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Willing to relocate to Portugal
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
  • EU passport or Portuguese residency card (must have)
  • ️Flight reimbursement (up to 400 after 6 months)
    Studio in Lisbon or Porto (280/month incl. bills, deducted from payslip)
