A global automotive technology leader is seeking a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer to join their Bouzonville team. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by leading quality topics, managing claims, and implementing improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong technical skills in problem-solving and automotive quality standards. Proficiency in English and French is required, while knowledge of German is a plus.

• Manage customer claims from end to end (analysis, containment, 8D/problem‑solving, follow‑up, and on‑time closure)
• Implement and promote continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality performance and prevent recurrence

Your Profile as a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d):

• Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position
• Technical skills: Problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), audit techniques, and automotive quality standards.
• Tools: Microsoft 365
• Languages: Advanced English & French. German is a plus.
• Personal qualities: Methodical, analytical, autonomous, and strong teamwork skills
