IXO Labs seeks experts to evaluate prompts and conversations with scientific rigor, focusing on Croatian language prompts and bilingual English outputs. You will classify content, assess accuracy and potential sensitivities, and document decision evidence.

Remote, with flexible scheduling and clear assignment scope. Deliverables include test prompts, classified interactions and explanations of failure patterns, all produced under authorized evaluation conditions.

Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biology or closely related field (ongoing or completed).
• Experience across chemical, biological, radiological/nuclear subject matter and safety considerations.
• Native Croatian or near-native, and business-level written English.

Your work at IXO Apply scientific expertise and bilingual judgment to IXO safety evaluations in Croatian. You will create controlled test material and explain how the model handles language, context and potentially sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Write technically demanding prompts within your scientific expertise.
• Classify prompts and conversations using the supplied evaluation rules.
• Judge scientific accuracy, usefulness and appropriate treatment of sensitive content.
• Document the evidence behind each decision and distinguish clear errors from uncertainty.

Qualifications

A PhD in chemistry, biology or a closely related field, ongoing or completed, is required. You need depth to work across relevant chemical, biological or radiological/nuclear subject matter, modern laboratory and computational methods in your subfield, and sound judgment about scientific safety and dual-use information. Native or near-native Croatian and business-level written English are required.

Useful specialties include radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, energetic materials, radiation physics, synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology or genetics. Depth in one relevant area is valuable; every specialty is not expected of one person. Safety/security, biosafety/biosecurity, hazardous-materials coursework and prior technical reviewing are helpful. Being based in Croatia or wider Eastern Europe is preferred; applicants elsewhere are welcome.

Deliverables and terms

Deliverables are test prompts, classified interactions, supported evaluations and clear explanations of failure patterns. Work is remote, with scope, handling rules and schedule agreed before assignments begin. The work remains within authorized evaluation conditions.

Pay is $53 $57/hr in USD.
