Job summary

Groupe Clarins is seeking a data analyst to turn large-scale customer data into actionable insights for CRM initiatives and product performance. You will report to the CRM Data Manager and build reliable dashboards in Power BI, while ensuring data quality and scalability across analyses.

Based in Paris, the role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, applying AI-powered tools, and driving data-driven decisions within a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics or Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in retail.
• Strong SQL proficiency and understanding of statistical modelling (segmentation, scoring).
• Experience in dashboard design with Power BI and visualization tools.
• Rigorous approach to data testing and quality assurance; able to use AI to enrich analyses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using SQL, statistical modelling and AI to answer business questions on customer behavior, CRM and product topics.
• Design and develop dashboards in Power BI; structure data models and queries.
• Perform UAT on Qlik and Power BI dashboards; document results and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs, iterate on drafts and validate outputs.
• Use AI tools to deepen studies and accelerate analyses.
