A major financial services firm in Paris is looking for a Credit Product Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and over 7 years of experience in credit and risk management. This role involves providing expert solutions during the sales cycle and establishing strong relationships with clients. Multilingual proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of credit risk workflows are essential. Competitive salary and flexible working conditions offered.
Grade Level (for internal use): 11
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Credit and Risk Solutions (C&RS) Team, a focused and dynamic team with the opportunity to build on the last few years of significant growth and product development within the C&RS Business. The Credit Product Specialists’ mandate is to help Sales Specialists monetize and leverage SPGMI’s capabilities, by providing significant knowledge of credit capabilities including our quantitative credit risk models, climate‑related credit risk models, credit assessment scorecards, as well as research and ratings from S&P Global Ratings, to serve our clients in managing complex credit risk management issues.
The C&RS business is a significant contributor to the overall growth of the Market Intelligence (MI) Division. The product suite is a critical piece of this growth story as the distribution channel for Ratings proprietary content and a provider of models and workflow tools to underpin the Credit Workflow for rated and unrated borrowers, counterparties, customers, and suppliers. The role of the Credit Product Specialist is critical to the success of the business. In an increasingly complex and competitive environment, credit products cannot be sold without the expertise of the Credit Product Specialist. These Specialists provide expertise and credibility to the sales and retention process.
