Ubisoft is seeking a proactive student for an internship in the Global Content Creators team within Marketing in Paris. You will help structure and improve content creator operations, bridging marketing, tech, and project management on concrete initiatives.

You will gain experience across operations, analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement, with exposure to international campaigns and collaboration with 20 locations.

Qualifications

• You are a student with some experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, project management, or process improvement.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, analytical, curious, and adaptable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using collaboration and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Support cross-functional projects by preparing materials, tracking action items, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and keeping project tracking documents up to date.
• Identify operational blockers, define needs, and make recommendations to improve tools, processes, or information flows.
• Prepare internal communications, including newsletters, meeting recaps, presentation materials, and post-project reviews.
• Improve briefing and coordination processes for creator campaigns by centralizing requests, tracking campaign statuses, and increasing visibility across central, local, and brand teams.
