Alignerr is seeking Creative Writing Evaluators to review AI-generated content remotely. Ideal candidates are lovers of reading and writing who can judge quality using clear, reasoned feedback. No publishing credits required, and you will work flexibly on a contract basis.

Responsibilities include evaluating across genres and providing constructive feedback to help AI produce more human-like writing, with 10–40 hours per week commitment.

• Strong command of English — grammar, style, voice, and narrative structure.

Responsabilités

• Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, essays, narrative nonfiction, and more
• Assess writing quality across key dimensions: style, voice, coherence, tone, originality, and reader engagement
• Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more compelling, human-feeling writing
• Complete task-based evaluations independently on your own schedule

Creative Writing Evaluator (AI Training)

We're looking for Creative Writing Evaluators to read and assess AI-generated creative content — and help teach AI systems what truly compelling writing looks like. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to avid readers, writers, editors, and anyone with a sharp literary sensibility. No published credits required.

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, essays, narrative nonfiction, and more
• Assess writing quality across key dimensions: style, voice, coherence, tone, originality, and reader engagement
• Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more compelling, human-feeling writing
• Complete task-based evaluations independently on your own schedule

• Experience workshopping or critiquing others' writing
• Familiarity with multiple literary genres or forms
• Experience with content evaluation, quality assurance, or structured feedback
