English fluency is mandatory.

Job Title: Creative Coordinator

Location: Paris

Type of contract: fixed-term contract (6 months)

A key player in international Haute Parfumerie and focusing on 100% Made In France production, our House is now committed to anchoring its position by consolidating its assortment and its image through strong concepts and an assertive artistic line, available in collections of exceptional fragrances and perfumed derivatives.

In order to support the growth of the INITIO PARFUMS PRIVES brand, we are looking for a Creative Coordinator based in Paris, within the operational headquarters.

About the role

Organize, plan and streamline the creative studio's activity to ensure that deadlines are met, quality and the proper use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centralize and qualify briefs from internal and market teams.
  • Build and monitor the creative production schedule.
  • Ensure the follow-up of deliverables: deadlines, feedback, versions, validations.
  • Archiving of deliverables (Ensure that all final assets (sources + exports) are stored in the right space (DAM, structured drive, etc.).
  • Gestion du DAM (Digital Asset Management)
  • Coordinate freelancers, agencies and external service providers.
  • Produce regular reporting on load, deadlines, bottlenecks, priority
  • Maintain project updates in the wrike tool
  • Follow-up of contracts (rights, NDAs, services, payment terms, etc.)
  • Usage Fee Tracking Table
  • Budget management: guarantor of the studio budget, preparation of quotes, PO follow-up, invoice, payment, etc.
  • Administrative onboarding presta extenres
  • Provider database
Desired Education and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management/creative production (agency or advertiser).
  • Excellent organization, sense of priorities, rigor.
  • Interpersonal skills with creative profiles and cross-functional functions
  • Mastery of a project management tool (Wrike, Monday), and adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign)
  • English mandatory
