Sales Manager

Aerospace Component Distribution

France

€80,000 to €100,000 + package

We are supporting a global aerospace component distribution business as it strengthens its French commercial presence through the appointment of a Sales Manager.

This is a front end hunter role focused on building and growing the French customer base, working alongside other European Sales Managers within a coordinated regional sales structure.

The role is France based with flexibility on location, provided there is easy access to major transport links due to regular domestic and European travel.

Key responsibilities
  • New business development across the French aerospace market
  • Proactive identification and conversion of new OEM, Tier 1, and MRO customers
  • Ownership and growth of a defined French territory and target account list
  • Execution of regional sales strategy in line with wider European roadmaps
  • Development of distributor relationships and channel opportunities in France
  • Commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure
  • Market intelligence, competitor insight, and pipeline reporting
  • Close collaboration with European peers and global distribution functions
Candidate profile
  • Clear hunter mindset with a track record or strong motivation in new business sales
  • Aerospace, aviation, or regulated engineered components experience preferred
  • Understanding of distributor led sales models or technical B2B sales environments
  • Comfortable operating autonomously while contributing to a wider team
  • Commercially driven with strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Fluent French essential, English required for internal and customer interaction
  • Open to travel across France and Europe
