Pierre Fabre Laboratories in France is seeking a Finance Controller to join the Finance Directorate. You will support operational teams in monitoring economic performance within your scope and contribute to high-quality analyses that inform decisions.

You will assist with monthly closings, budgeting, forecasts and performance plans. The role requires a Bac+5 in Controlling/Finance or Business School, prior experience in controlling, auditing or financial analysis, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools (Power BI, SAP, TM1, Anaplan or equivalents appreciated).
• Professional English level desired.

Responsabilités

• Participate in monthly closings and analysis of results.
• Contribute to the elaboration of budgets, forecasts and performance plans.
• Monitor driving indicators and produce financial reports.
• Analyze variances between actual and budget and identify improvement levers.
• Support operational teams in monitoring activity and costs.
• Participate in stock valuation and monitoring of key financial and industrial indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of management tools, reporting and financial processes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision making.
