The Role: We seek a talented and experienced 'Contracting & Delivery Manager – Americas'.

Description Brief:As Contracting & Delivery Manager, you will be primarily responsible for contracting, preparing, and overseeing the delivery of turnaround services, shore excursions, and pre/post-cruise and extension packages for our ocean vessels. You will ensure product quality through close collaboration with suppliers and our shipboard teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences across the North/Central America and Caribbean regions.

  • 5–10 years of experience in the cruise or travel industry, ideally within operations, contracting, or product development roles.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and building long-term partnerships with suppliers, tourism boards, and local communities.
  • Luxury shipboard experience or exposure to premium cruise operations is mandatory, ensuring a deep understanding of guest expectations at the highest standards.
  • Communication & Language:
    • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
    • Fluency in other languages(particularly Spanish or French) is highly advantageous given the geographical scope of the role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones.
    • A flexible and resilient team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for creating memorable, luxury guest experiences.
    • Willingness to travel up to 30% to oversee operational delivery, manage relationships, and support shipboard teams.
