The position involves leading design management activities, coordinating with the wider base-build team, and driving risk resolution through technical workshops and clear reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and coordinate the design management activities for the customer fit-out package.
• Manage design deliverables, technical reviews, approvals, and design change processes.
• Ensure design solutions align with programme, budget, quality, and operational requirements.
• Support coordination between fit-out works and the wider base-build project team.
