Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Lean Six Sigma professional to drive high-impact operational improvements across industrial environments. You will lead cross-functional projects, champion data-driven decision making, and mentor teams to deliver quality, schedule adherence, and cost objectives.

Your background includes a Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification (or equivalent degree), 8+ years in continuous improvement, and hands-on use of Minitab, JASP, SAP, Teamcenter, Confluence and JIRA.

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a continuous improvement lead role with a portfolio of at least 20 significant projects.

Description du poste

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects: drive high-impact business and operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Support industrial ramp-up: support strategic programs such as Ariane 6 and Prometheus in achieving their quality (Right First Time), schedule (adherence to the production plan) and cost (recurring costs) objectives.
• Diagnose flow issues, efficiency losses and process variability.
• Deploy operational excellence standards.
• Anchor improvement through change management: ensure performance gains are sustained over time.

Requirements

• Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification or degree required (DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TOC, QRQC, statistical inference, DOE, SPC, …)
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a continuous improvement lead role or similar, with a portfolio of at least 20 significant projects.
• Field-oriented: able to establish trusted relationships with operations to deliver sustainable results.
• IT: Minitab, JASP, SAP, Teamcenter, Confluence/JIRA.
• Significant experience in industrial environments and in new product/system development.
• Language skills: professional fluent English.
