Yves Rocher is seeking a Marketing & Communications professional to help build campaigns and content across multiple channels. You will coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure brand-aligned content and timely delivery.

You will manage shooting briefs, oversee post-production, publish content, and support product launches while staying current with content trends.

Qualifications

• Degree from a Business School or School of Communications.
• Previous experience in this field is recommended.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proactivity, initiative, autonomy, and creativity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Proficiency in English is essential for an international role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Interest in Yves Rocher brand and cosmetics market.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage shooting briefs and oversee all post-production follow-up with the graphic production/DTP studio.
• Publish content to the internal repository and ensure relevance, consistency, and correct indexing.
• Work closely with the marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.
• Interact daily with multiple functions and areas of expertise (Production & DTP team, agencies, subsidiaries, PR & Influencer teams, Social Media, Merchandising, Retail, Digital, Regulatory Affairs, etc.).
• Stay up to date with content and social media trends by producing a trend report/benchmark to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
• Support the manager with delivery tracking and production of ongoing campaigns.
