We're Hiring: Content Moderator with French - Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)

Join our international team in Sofia, where you'll help protect digital communities while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid work from home with only 2 office days per month)
EU Passport required
️Languages: French (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends
Requirement: Must be based in Bulgaria

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review and moderate user‑generated content according to platform guidelines

• Ensure community safety by identifying and escalating policy violations

• Respond to user inquiries via internal systems with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions
