An international consulting firm is seeking a Content Moderator / Customer Service Specialist fluent in French and confident in English. This full-time, on-site position based in sunny Portugal allows you to impact online safety and user experience. What You'll Be Doing:

Moderate user content in accordance with platform standards

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems

Escalate sensitive or complex issues through the right channels

Maintain a secure and respectful user environment

Accurately document all cases and moderation actions

Ideal Profile:

Native or C2-level French, with strong English communication

EU citizenship or valid EU passport (required)

Organized, emotionally resilient, and detail-oriented

Experience in customer service, moderation, or digital platforms is a plus

Ethical, professional, and a team player
