Bending Spoons is hiring a talented marketer to own acquisition campaigns end to end, using data-driven retrospectives to drive iterative improvements and optimize creative solutions across channels.

You’ll leverage AI tools to produce high-performing content, coordinate with creative, marketing and business stakeholders, track trends, and manage advertising partnerships to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable impact.

• Campaign management. Own acquisition campaigns end to end—from hypothesis to launch to iteration—running structured data-driven retrospectives to extract learnings and translating them into new creative solutions.
• Content creation. Leverage AI tools to produce high-performing, cross-channel visual content, directing hand-picked creators and writing tailored briefs to deliver the right message to each audience.
• Cross-functional coordination. Connect creative, marketing, and business stakeholders, managing timelines and priorities to ensure every campaign is delivered smoothly and effectively.
• Trend monitoring. Track social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative practices to inform future campaign and content decisions.
• Management of advertising. Manage advertising partnerships by building strong relationships with clients or external partners, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all collaborations.

• Cross-functional coordination. Connect creative, marketing, and business stakeholders, managing timelines and priorities to ensure every campaign is delivered smoothly and effectively.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typical annual salary offers range from £47,660 to £68,579 in London and from €46,027 to €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £151,436 in London or €145,430 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries.
