IBM Consulting is seeking a seasoned finance transformation professional in France to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash initiatives, optimize billing processes, and help clients navigate complex contracts. The role requires strong SAP ECC knowledge and multi-system experience within project-driven environments.

Master's degree is required, with 5+ years in financial advisory, and a propensity for transforming business processes in industrial/aerospace/defense contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in financial advisory and transformation.
• Experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash and billing processes.
• Ability to analyze and structure complex contracts and billing logic.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and multi-system financial environments.
• Experience in industries with project-based/contract-heavy operations.

2. Amélioration des processus et mise en œuvre de transformations

Capacité avérée à :
* Diriger ou contribuer à des initiatives d’optimisation et d’amélioration des processus
* Travailler dans des environnements non standardisés et en constante évolution

* Expérience dans la transformation de processus de bout en bout (et pas seulement dans l’exécution des activités)

3. Connaissance du secteur / du contexte (atout majeur)

Expérience dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants :
* Environnements industriels
* Aérospatial et défense
* Organisations fonctionnant par projets / fortement axées sur les contrats

* Comprendre les environnements SAP personnalisés

2. Expertise en processus et en fonctions

Solides connaissances en matière de :
* Processus de facturation
* Flux « Order-to-Cash »

Capacité à :
* Analyser et structurer des contrats complexes et la logique de facturation
* Maîtriser des environnements financiers multi-systèmes
