VML Enterprise Solutions recherche un consultant confirmé en gestion de campagnes CRM pour accompagner de grands clients (retail, banque, assurance, luxe). Vous mettrez en place des stratégies multi-canal, superviserez les workflows et assurerez le suivi des performances.

Vous travaillerez avec Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Imagino ou Braze, et utiliserez SQL/HTML/CSS. Maîtrise de l’anglais nécessaire; poste basé à Paris avec équipe internationale.

Qualifications

• 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de campagnes marketing, avec outil de campagnes et affinité données.
• Maîtrise impérative d’une des solutions Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Imagino ou Braze.
• Bonne maîtrise de SQL et HTML/CSS.
• Anglais courant pour travail avec clients internationaux.

Responsabilités

• Optimiser les stratégies de contacts et la scénarisation des campagnes CRM.
• Paramétrer les workflows et coordonner les campagnes multi-canal.
• Analyser les retours et performances des campagnes.
• Former les clients et équipes à l’utilisation des outils CRM et d’analyse.

Vos missions auprès de nos clients

• L’optimisation des stratégies de contacts
• Le ciblage et la scénarisation des campagnes CRM en environnement multi-canal
• Le paramétrage des workflows de campagnes
• La coordination des campagnes marketing
• L’analyse des retours et performances des campagnes marketing
• La formation aux outils de CRM et d’analyse

Votre profil

• Vous avez entre 2 et 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de campagnes marketing, en vous appuyant sur un outil de gestion de campagnes et avec une affinité avec les données et le marketing.
• Vous maitrisez impérativement l’une des 3 solutions suivantes : Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Imagino, Braze.
• Vous êtes à l’aise avec SQL et HTML/CSS.
• Vous parlez anglais couramment (nombreux clients internationaux : langue de travail et présentations en anglais)
