Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Economics, Strategy, Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar.
• First experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong project coordination focus.
• Fluent in French, and an excellent level in English; strong technical writing skills.
• Good expertise in MS Office, with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts.
• Understanding of PM methodologies (Prince2, Agile, …)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respect deadlines.

What will you do

As a Consultant at AION Consulting, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of our company's operations. Your expertise will be utilized in a multifaceted capacity, contributing to the success and growth of the organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• You will work directly with clients on various projects, spanning multiple domains such as business strategy, carve-out, post-merger support, marketing & positioning analysis, etc.
• Embrace the challenges of both operational assistance and advisory roles during client engagements, providing valuable insights and problem-solving expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Effectively engaging with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to build strong working relationships, understand their needs, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the team in preparing compelling offers for tenders, showcasing our company's strengths and capabilities to prospective clients.
• Contribute to the business development efforts of the company by identifying new opportunities, exploring potential partnerships, and fostering client relationships.
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability for the company's projects and the company’s fit.
• Assist in generating relevant and engaging content about the company, which can be used for publications, marketing materials, and online platforms.

What are we looking for ?
