Overview

MasTec Civil is seeking a

Construction , Summer 2026 Semester, in the form of a Co-Op (taxed per IRS guidelines)!

The Construction will directly assist the operations team with a wide range of projects related to project management, procedure development, quality, and special projects. In this position, the will learn how to take skills she or he may have acquired in school related to his or her particular areas of interest and apply them in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform project management functions of estimating, schedule planning, project controls, project reporting.
• Work under close supervision to complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ideally college student in Engineering or Construction Management degree.
• Possess good organization skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Project/Construction management or related field
• Learn quickly and develop new skills.
• Must be proficiency using a personal computer, and Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook).
• Possess great focus to meet and exceed company requirements and expectations.
• Possess high work values, integrity, and ethical standard.
