NextSDS - Franz BV is looking for a qualified Conseiller en prévention in France to assist clients with managing chemical agents. You’ll conduct risk evaluations and ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of French chemical regulations and have experience with REACH and CLP. This freelance role allows you to set your availability while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of French regulations on chemical agents.
• Hands-on experience with REACH, CLP, and SDS management.
• Comfortable writing risk assessments and safety instruction cards in French.

Responsabilités

• Conduct risk evaluations for chemical agents.
• Review and validate Safety Data Sheets for compliance.
• Advise on occupational exposure limits and safe handling procedures.
• Support compliance with the Code du travail and regulations.
• Use NextSDS platform for handling safety documentation.

Connaissances

Knowledge of French regulations on chemical agents

Experience with REACH and CLP

Ability to write risk assessments in French

Independent work management
