Job summary

Deckers Brands in Paris is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will listen to each customer, offer recommendations and communicate our brand’s sustainability initiatives and commitments.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to meet store goals while modeling excellent service. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain clean, organized back-stock and sales floor.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands vision to customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences and recommend products.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Provide courteous service in-store and over the phone.
