Airbus Toulouse est à la recherche d’un ingénieur Configuration & Design Retrofit pour Connected Aircraft (C&D RSE) afin de mener des projets de retrofit après livraison. Vous intégrerez une équipe dédiée pour définir et intégrer des solutions de conception couvrant les interfaces mécaniques et électriques, et l’adaptation des systèmes cabine et cockpit.

Vous coordonnerez les activités de conception en termes de coûts, délais et qualité, préparerez les documents de certification et soutiendrez

Competenze

• Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie exigé.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
• Expérience en ingénierie et gestion de projets techniques avantageuse.

Mansioni

• Coordonner l’ensemble des activités de conception en termes de coût, délai et qualité.
• Gérer et valider les bundles d’ingénierie internes/externes et pré-contrôler les dessins.
• Préparer et suivre les documents de certification (Full-TRS, MAS, ICS) et soutenir les activités de navigabilité.
• Fournir les données d’ingénierie aux équipes SB-Production et chaîne d’approvisionnement et participer aux réunions techniques.
• Assurer le support d’intégration SB à distance ou sur site (mondial) de l’offre à l’exécution et à la levée des SB.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Configuration & Design Retrofit Solution Engineer (C&D RSE) for Connected Aircraft (f/m) to join our retrofit department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing Connected Aircraft retrofit projects aiming to provide our customers with a safe and reliable connectivity product in accordance with their requests. As part of the Connected Aircraft Retrofit Solution Team, you will be involved in the definition and integration of retrofit design solutions for cross-program family aircraft post-delivery aiming at focusing on complex Connected Aircraft projects/modifications including associated mechanical and electrical interfaces and adaptation of related cabin and cockpit systems. Your challenges:

• Coordinate all design activities in terms of cost, time and quality
• Manage and validate internal and external engineering work packages, including pre-check of design drawings
• Prepare and follow-up of all relevant certification documents, e.g. Full-TRS, MAS, ICS and supporting documents, and support airworthiness activities and Safety Management System
• Provide engineering data to SB-Production, supply chain and other involved internal customers, and participate to technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide SB embodiment support remote / on-site (worldwide), supporting activities from offer creation through execution to service bulletin embodiment and final revision of all engineering deliverables

Your boarding pass:

A university degree in engineering or similar will be required. You have several years of professional experience in engineering, preferably in the Wide Body Program. Existing Technical Approver/Authorizer delegation(s) in a relevant ATA chapter will be of advantage. Technical project management experience and proficiency in handling typical design tools, such as CCD/CATIA, TAKSY, APS, ICC... are required, as well as fluent English language skills. You are able to give guidance to subcontractors and project stakeholders A high level of personal responsibility and flexibility as well as willingness to travel are required for this position You are a good team player and at the same time you are an autonomous person who has proactive ways of working; You have a strong customer focus You have good communication skills and the ability to convince others with your negotiation skills; You are able to present complex topics in a simple and comprehensible manner; You are curious and open-minded for change and continuous improvement; Analytical thinking and structured working methods are very important for you
