Eiffage Route recherche un opérateur de machine ferroviaire pour préparer les engins, assurer leur sécurité et entretien, et gérer les opérations de chargement et de démarrage sur site. Poste en CDI, basé sur site, avec responsabilités liées à l’installation et à l’exploitation des équipements sur les chantiers.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience de 5 à 8 ans dans l'industrie, des CACES et des habilitations, et fait preuve d’un esprit d’équipe et d’une grande rigueur.

Qualifications

• De formation Licence, BUT, BTS technique, CAP, BEP, formations aux métiers de la mécanique et/ou électricité.
• Vous possédez éventuellement des CACES, habilitations électriques et autres qualifications liées.
• Expérience souhaitée de 5 à 8 ans dans le domaine de l'industrie.

Responsabilités

• Préparation de la machine.
• Assurer que les dispositifs de sécurité (luminaires, rétroviseurs, etc.) fonctionnent et que les tuyaux principaux sont en bon état.
• Veiller à la présence des kits de pollution et faire le plein de carburant.
• Connaître les capacités de la machine et réceptionner les machines louées.
• Installer le chantier et organiser les chargements/déchargements.
• Conduire la machine et suivre les instructions du responsable du site.
• Maintenir les carnets d’entretien à jour et effectuer la maintenance quotidienne et hebdomadaire.

Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• CAP level training as a machine operator, public works and quarries.
• Bac Pro Learning through experience Compulsory qualifications: AIPR, SST, SMS, slinging CACES corresponding to the type of machine being driven.

ENVIRONMENT OF THE POSITION

• Hierarchical or functional reporting line : Team leader - Site manager - Works supervisor - Equipment manager
• Internal relations : Equipment department - Workshops - Site team
• External relations : Machine repairer

MISSIONS

• Preparation of the machine
• Ensure that the machine's safety devices (lights, mirrors, etc.) are working properly and that the main hoses are in good condition
• Ensure the presence of pollution kits
• Fill up with fuel
• Know the machine's capacities
• Receive rental machines
• Site installation
• Organise and optimise loading/unloading operations
• Set up equipment in accordance with the site installation plan and the site manager's instructions
• Drive the machine
• Know how to get on and off the machine
• Follow the route mentioned in the parking/work area
• Check the position of buried networks, cavities and areas of particular risk....
• Keep all approvals and maintenance booklets on board the machine and have them available
• Keep yourself informed of what to do in the event of an incident or breakdown of the equipment
• Maintenance of the machine
• Carry out daily (levels, visual inspection of the machine and maintenance) and weekly maintenance (e.g. remove the tracks, check the wearing parts, change the oil, etc.) of the equipment
• For Eiffage machines
• Update the machine's maintenance booklet
• Carry out first-level repairs on the machine
• For rented equipment
• Notify the equipment hire company in the event of breakdown or technical damage
• Withdrawal from the site
• Organise the cleaning and tidying of the site
• Organise and optimise loading/unloading operations
• Inform the depot about the state of the equipment (breakage, breakdown, shortage, etc.)

RAILWAY MACHINE OPERATOR

• Drive a rail-road shovel
• Operate with precision on railway tracks (handling of the shovel, switches, adjacent tracks, bulky elements)
• Carry out lifting operations
• Carry out work with adapted buckets and tools
• Carry out the handling of long elements
• Drive a loader
• Carry out lifting operations

Formation / Expérience :

De formation Licence, BUT, BTS technique, CAP, BEP, formations aux métiers de la mécanique et/ou électricité. Vous possédez éventuellement des CACES, habilitations électriques ... Expérience souhaitée de 5 à 8 ans dans le domaine de l'industrie. Doté.e d'un excellent relationnel et d'un fort esprit d'équipe, votre grande rigueur et sens de l'organisation seront un véritable atout pour réussir dans ce poste.
