Une entreprise de construction recherche un cadre technique pour superviser des chantiers à Nantes. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un Master en Génie et au moins 5 ans d'expérience. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des équipes et des relations clients, tout en veillant à la qualité et à la conformité des travaux.

• Expérience technique et managériale requise.
• Formation en Génie Civil ou Bâtiment.

Missions

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MAIN WORKS SUPERVISOR / WORKS DIRECTOR :

• Become familiar with - and proficient in - your cases / contracts
• Prepare your operation(s)
• Define your needs, the survey elements, the method and resources in terms of labor and materials
• Manage orders
• Carry out the construction survey (budget)
• Consult the sub-contractors for your operation, establish comparative statements and take part in appointing sub-contractors
• Steer the development of the works under your responsibility in cooperation with the site supervisor and monitor the progress of the works (progress schedules, report on necessary additional expenses and products, track and correct budgets, invoicing and payments)
• Verify the implementation and report on the plan for improving the productivity of your operation(s) (follow-up of the labor assessment, drafting of roadmaps, debriefing of site supervisors / team leaders, definition of the schedule in person-days, etc.) and suggest corrective solutions if necessary
• Conduct the negotiations in order to propose selected secondary building trades
• Anticipate, coordinate and monitor the activities of the secondary building trades by taking into account the interfaces with the structural work team
• Manage client relations by focusing on the client’s satisfaction (quality, lead times, operations prior to reception, resolution of derivations, and reception, etc.) and by adhering to the principles of contract management
• Lead and coordinate your teams
• Participate in the skills development of your colleagues
• Conduct annual appraisal interviews
• Check competencies and control skills
• Signal any breach and suggest any appropriate sanction
• Establish, update and distribute the specific health and safety protection / prevention plan
• Review, propose and verify the technical and human measures
• Establish the DICT (declaration of the intention to begin work) and make sure the neutralization certificates are obtained
• Establish and implement the temporary logistics facilities plans
• Provide for the building site work and protective equipment, make sure it is compliant and ensure its maintenance and verification.

Job Requirements

Required Level of Education

5 years’ higher education, Master II or Master’s in Engineering

Training Subjects

Civil engineering - Public works

Required Professional Experience

Recent graduates, or persons with at least 5 years’ experience supervising work under the “ETAM” classification

Profil recherché

Au-delà de votre formation supérieure en Bâtiment ou Génie Civil , vous justifiez surtout d’une expérience professionnelle technique et managériale correspondante aux missions qui vous seront confiées.
