General Mills France SAS is seeking a dynamic Chef de Secteur to drive volume, turnover, and market share in Perpignan, Narbonne and Béziers. You will lead field activities, recruit and coach teams, and implement sales strategies across major retailers.

You hold a Bac+4/5 in commerce or equivalent and bring initial commercial or marketing exposure within consumer goods. A competitive package includes a fixed salary plus variable components and meal allowances, with a regional development path.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical abilities.
• High level of rigour, discipline and organisation.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-growing consumer goods company.
• Interest in consumer goods, growth levers and commercial development.
• Ability to analyse, negotiate and merchandise.
• English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare visits and analyze sector performance indicators with recommendations.
• Drive KPI achievement for the sector and plan actions.
• Analyze category and brand indicators to provide client recommendations.
• Develop contributory growth plans to increase revenue and margin.
• Sell and execute commercial policy and business plans with key accounts.
• Manage client network across store levels (ELS, department managers, POS directors).
• Support regular reporting and competitive intelligence.
