A healthcare technology leader based in Paris is seeking a Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility Lead. This role involves shaping compensation frameworks, optimizing benefits, and overseeing international mobility processes across multiple countries. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be fluent in French and English. The position offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and mental health support.
As a Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility Lead, you will join a dynamic team of 4 people (3 permanent contracts + 1 apprentice), led by the Global C&B Director, within the People Operations department.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we support and reward our 2,900+ Doctolibers across Europe and be at the forefront of building the future of our fast-growing company, scaling our compensation and benefits processes. Your expertise will directly impact thousands of employees by designing competitive compensation frameworks, optimizing benefits packages, and ensuring seamless international mobility experiences.
In your first 6 months, success will look like streamlining our international mobility processes, establishing strong vendor relationships, and delivering actionable insights that enhance our employee value proposition across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
