Ceva Animal Health in Libourne, France, seeks a Veterinary Key Account Manager for Companion Animal. You will manage and develop strategic accounts nationwide, building long-term partnerships with clinics, distributors, and corporate groups.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and veterinary teams to drive growth, optimize plans, and deliver value to customers while representing the One Health approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing strategic accounts and a solid understanding of companion animal veterinary market.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets for your account portfolio.
• Identify decision-making networks and influence channels within customer organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and build tailored development plans for each account.
• Design and implement action plans aligned with the needs of CDRs, GIEs, and Corporate Groups.
• Negotiate commercial agreements in line with the company’s strategy.
• Ensure a strong ROI for all initiatives with strategic accounts.
• Organize annual account plans and monitor performance with customers.
• Coordinate with Veterinary Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams.
