Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Commodities Data Analyst Intern to join the Commodities team in Paris starting January 2027. You will report to the Commodities Manager and contribute to data-driven insights across markets.

You will monitor KPIs, clean and expand datasets with Python and SQL, automate reporting, and support workflow improvements to drive the commodities franchise. Fluency in French and English and a passion for markets are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 / Bac+4 (or equivalent) programme in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in commodities markets and financial products.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions, PowerPoint).
• Solid knowledge of Python (including Pandas and Matplotlib) and SQL.
• Familiarity with Dataiku is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (professional proficiency, C1 level or native).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
