About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our GTM team. You'll play a crucial role in accelerating our commercial growth by supporting strategic initiatives across business development and project management. This position offers exceptional exposure to deep-tech commercialization, working directly with our GTM lead and interacting with senior executives from leading companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Communications & Proposals
• Develop compelling presentations and tailored proposals for enterprise clients
• Create and maintain proposal templates, financial models, and supporting documentation
• Craft materials for meetings and partnership opportunities
• Market Intelligence & Analysis
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on target companies and partnership opportunities
• Support market mapping initiatives
• Research and map ecosystem opportunities including events, academic partnerships, and industry competitions
• Maintain and update our market analysis frameworks
• Project & Operations Management
• Support project management for partnership engagements
• Maintain project tracking systems and coordinate partner reporting
• Track KPIs, maintain CRM, and generate monthly performance reports
• Identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks
