You’ll support sales decisions and help achieve the objectives for the France–Benelux region.Your Key Responsibilities * Conducting month-end analysis of revenue and margins by country, sector, customer, product, and distribution channel.* Tracking intra-month business performance and identifying risks and opportunities.* Explaining variances against budget and forecasts, particularly those related to price, volume, and product mix.* Leading the preparation of commercial budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the relevant teams.* Supporting sales teams in pricing decisions and evaluating growth opportunities.* Implementing KPIs using Salesforce (CRM) data to develop our specification/project business.* Contributing to monthly closings and ensuring the reliability of commercial financial data.* Creating dashboards and presenting results, risks, and proposed action plans.* Improving reporting tools and controlling processes.* Developing AI solutions for reporting.**Qualifications & Requirements:*** Education: Master’s degree in high business school Economics & managements, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.* Experience: Proven experience in commercial controlling, preferably in an international environment.**Skills:*** Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules); experience with S/4HANA is an asset.* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.* Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.* Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail, proactive mindset, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Rejoignez notre équipe pour soutenir la gestion financière de nos activités en France et dans la région du Benelux. **Votre rôle**• Tracking de l’activité en cours de mois et appréhension de nos risques et opportunités.• Analyser en fin de mois le chiffre d’affaires et les marges par pays, secteurs, clients, produit et canaux de distribution.• Expliquer les écarts par rapport au budget et aux prévisions, en particulier ceux liés au prix, au volume et à la gamme de produits.• Diriger l’élaboration des budgets et des prévisions pour les activités commerciales, en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.• Accompagner les équipes commerciales dans leurs décisions de tarification et dans l’évaluation des opportunités de croissance.• Mettre en place des KPI à partir des données Salesforces (CRM) adin de développer notre activité de prescription.• Contribuer aux clôtures mensuelles et garantir la fiabilité des données financières liées aux activités commerciales.• Créer des tableaux de bord et présenter les résultats, les risques et les actions proposées.• Améliorer les outils de reporting et les processus de contrôle de gestion• Développer l’IA pour le reporting.**Formation** :Master en économie et gestion, finance, comptabilité, gestion d'entreprise ou dans un domaine connexe.**Expérience :** Expérience avérée en contrôle de gestion commerciale, de préférence dans un environnement international.**Compétences :**Maîtrise de SAP (modules FI/CO) ; une expérience avec S/4 HANA serait un atout.Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et de PowerPointExcellentes capacités d’analyse, d’esprit critique et de résolution de problèmes.Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, avec la capacité de présenter des informations financières complexes de manière claire et concise à des publics variés.Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.Grand sens de la précision et du souci du détail, esprit proactif, orienté vers les résultats, et capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
