Job summary

Free2move is hiring a Collections & Accounts Receivable Intern in Paris for a 6-month period. You will support the Finance and Sales teams, engaging with international clients and ensuring timely payments while gaining practical cash-collection experience.

You’ll work in a dynamic, international environment with mentorship and real responsibility in end-to-end AR processes. This paid internship offers a hands-on learning path in a fast-growing mobility company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in finance, credit management, client relations, and AI/automation tools.
• Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP/accounting software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable ledger and track invoices.
• Contact clients by phone/email to follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform cash application and payment allocation reconciliation.
• Support month-end closing activities for accounts receivable.
• Contribute to process improvements in the collections cycle.
