Balazs recherche un(e) CO2 Business Developer pour développer la stratégie de sourcing CO2 en France. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe de transition énergétique, la personne s'assurera de la préparation et de l'organisation nécessaires pour saisir toutes les nouvelles opportunités. Le candidat idéal devra avoir des compétences en développement commercial, être capable de négocier avec différents acteurs externes et avoir une solide compréhension des fonctions de production et distribution de CO2. Une maîtrise de l'anglais est requise.

Cette société compte 12 usines de production réparties sur 8 pays et sert près de 3 000 clients, de l’industrie agro-alimentaire au secteur du transport.The current Energy Transition is transforming the CO2 IM activity landscape (new BioCO2 sources, decarbonation initiatives, Carbon Capture Usage and Storage projects,..) and bringing multiple new opportunities from a green sourcing perspective and new customer requirements. Therefore, our activity needs to be prepared, organized to catch all the opportunities relative to this transformation. The main mission of the Energy Transition team within the Air Liquide CO2 Europe (ALCO2) entity is to deploy the Energy Transition roadmap validated by the management, including the future sourcing strategy for Europe, and lead the transformation of the European CO2 sourcing portfolio from Fossil to new Biogenic sourced CO2.* In this team the CO2 Business Developer is in charge of:* Strategy of the future CO2 landscape + Validate the long term CO2 sourcing needs with ALCO2 Product Management and Air Liquide local representatives based on the development priority areas + Follow-up the economics and sustainability of the main types of raw gas existing sources of ALCO2, to identify long term sustainability of their business, + Ensure proper competitive intelligence of the existing and future CO2 sources to come (i.e. Update and make available to ALCO2 all information related to CO2 potential sources, LCO2 existing plants and LCO2 future projects for his/her perimeter)* Deployment of the new CO2 Sourcing Strategy + Proactively identify, assess and implement new green sources in coordination with ALCO2 on one side and AL local representatives of each country, + Develop, meet, negotiate and sign agreements with new CO2 external prospects (Biogas, Bioethanol, BioSMR and Waste to Energy actors) in Europe to ensure the proper availability of reliable CO2 + Being responsible and support for the release of the technical documents of the CPR/RIC investment process of the Air Liquide Group once the project are validated + Identify new technologies, applications, markets which could be good candidates for potential CO2 sources, as - for example - New CO2 technology provider.* Environment and Sustainability + Support the Energy transition for the CO2 IM European activity on ad-hoc project (Regulatory watch, Emerging application for CO2 (e-fuels), advocacy actions, etc) + Support the CO2 emission reporting system within the ALCO2 Team and in Air Liquide Group + Being a strong promoter of the Air Liquide sustainable commitment within ALCO2 Team* Scope: France, ideally based in St Priest (Bagneux is an option)Engineer with business development skillsYou have a strong appetite for energy transition topicsYou are free-thinking, innovative and adaptableYou are a team player and adopt exemplary attitude towards internal and external actorsYou are able to prepare and lead a negotiation with external stakeholdersYou are able to propose different business models for a same projectYou have ability to manage complex projects with several stakeholders and are result orientedYou have robust analytical and financial skillsYou have an open minded to social relations and working atmosphereYou know how manage priorities, how remain focused and you are self organizedYou have an understanding of CO2 production and distribution functions, costs and functional drivers.You are fluent in English**Nos différences font notre performance**Chez Air Liquide, nous nous engageons à créer un environnement de travail collaboratif et inclusif qui reflète la diversité de nos collaborateurs, de nos clients, des patients et de nos parties prenantes ainsi que des cultures à travers le monde.Nous accueillons et considérons les candidatures de tous les candidats qualifiés, quel que soit leur parcours.
