The Co-Manufacturing Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing co-manufacturing partnerships (production outsourcing) to support the company's growth. He / she identifies new industrial partners, negotiate collaboration agreements and manages delegated manufacturing projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Business Development :
• Identify new co-manufacturing opportunities aligned with the growth strategy.
• Prospect, qualify potential partners in the agri-food sector (industries, cooperatives, etc.)
• Market analysis (market trends, needs, competitors)
• Conduct contract negotiations with industrial partners
• Analyze and size new opportunities, start prefeasibility and feasibility stages for new projects, manage pipeline
• Support on contract negotiation when needed.
• Supplier Relations & Strategic Intelligence
• Build and maintain a relationship of trust with co-manufacturing partners
• Monitor industrial trends, technological innovations, and regulatory developments
• Constantly seek levers for industrial optimization and competitiveness.
• Project Management :
• Provide regular sales / marketing reporting to CoMan Dr
• Education : business School or Engineer / specializing in agri-food or supply chain,
• Experience :
• Significant (5 to 10 years) in business development, industrial project management or purchasing in the agri-food sector (food ingredients, industry, equipment).
• Very good knowledge of the food industry manufacturing processes and the value chain.
