LanceSoft Europe seeks a CNC Operator in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté to support precision milling and boring operations. You will load CNC program instruction sheets, position parts on fixtures, start machining, and perform tool changes as needed to meet production targets.

You will also uphold safety, quality, and energy-efficiency standards by checking PPE, reporting malfunctions, inspecting finished products, and participating in training and energy-saving initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Review production targets and meet them.
• Load CNC program instruction sheets and position products on milling or boring fixtures.
• Start machining operations; change tools and inserts as necessary.
• Submit maintenance requests when necessary.
• Check PPE and activity-specific equipment in accordance with workstation risk assessment sheets.
• Identify malfunctions in equipment safety systems and halt operations if a risk is detected.
• Comply with workstation risk assessment sheets and safety regulations.
• Participate in energy and safety briefings (short team meetings).
• Actively participate in energy-saving initiatives (e.g., turning off unused equipment).
• Participate in mandatory training sessions.
• Inspect finished products and make necessary corrections if required.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all machined products.
• Halt operations in the event of non-conformity and log a report in the computer system.
• Propose improvement suggestions aimed at reducing energy consumption.
• Share ideas for improving the workstation.
• Contribute to the fight against climate change by adopting responsible energy consumption habits.
